1. Preamble and definitions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the Trading Dojo platform, available at tradingdojo.org (hereinafter “Platform”), operated by:

For the purposes of these Terms:
- User: any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a visitor or a registered user.
- Content: all educational materials available on the Platform, including videos, texts, charts, exercises, and any other training material.
- Course: an organized set of Content dedicated to a specific topic.
- Package: an offer that includes access to multiple Courses.
By using the Platform, the User declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If in disagreement, the User should not use the Platform.
2. Service description
Trading Dojo is an online education platform dedicated to financial trading. The service includes:
- Access to high-definition video courses with DRM protection
- Educational materials and training resources
- Dedicated support via real-time chat
- Personal area with progress tracking
Important disclaimer: the content offered on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. The User is solely responsible for their investment decisions. Trading involves significant risks, including the possibility of losing the entire invested capital.
3. Registration and account
To access paid Content, the User must create an account by providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. In particular:
- The User must be at least 18 years old.
- The account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
- The User is responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any activity carried out through their account.
- In case of unauthorized access, the User must immediately notify the Controller at official.comunication@tradingdojo.org.
Device limitation: account access is limited to a maximum number of devices, as specified at the time of purchase. The device fingerprinting system is used to enforce this limitation and to ensure account security.
4. Content and intellectual property
All Content on the Platform is protected by copyright laws and applicable international intellectual property regulations.
Purchasing a Course or Package grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the Content through the Platform.
In particular, it is expressly prohibited to:
- Download, copy, reproduce, or record videos or other Content
- Share account access credentials with third parties
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Content in any form
- Remove or alter watermarks, trademarks, or copyright notices
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access Content
Videos are protected by DRM (Digital Rights Management) technology with a digital watermark containing the User’s email address, embedded directly into the video stream. Any violation can be traced and prosecuted in the competent courts.
5. Payments and course access
Payments for Courses and Packages can be made through:
- Bank transfer: with manual access activation by the administrator upon verification of payment receipt.
- Cryptocurrency: via cryptocurrency payment, with manual access activation upon confirmation of the transaction on the blockchain.
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. The Controller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; applicable prices are those in effect at the time of purchase.
Access to purchased Content is granted for a fixed period as specified at the time of purchase for each Course or Package. Upon expiration, the User may renew their access. Exceptions:
- Violation of these Terms (immediate revocation)
- Discontinuation of the Platform (with reasonable notice)
- Content subject to drip scheduling, made available progressively according to predefined timelines
6. No-refund policy and right of withdrawal
All purchases made on the Platform are non-refundable. As digital content, access to the Content is made available immediately after purchase completion and payment verification.
Pursuant to Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s express consent and their acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal. At the time of purchase, the User:
- Expressly consents to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery
- Acknowledges and accepts that such consent entails the loss of the right of withdrawal
- Acknowledges that no refund will be due once the purchase is completed

7. Limitation of liability
The Platform and its Content are provided “as is.” The Controller makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
- The suitability of Content to meet the User’s expectations or goals
- Financial results achievable by applying the strategies illustrated
- Service continuity and absence of interruptions
Under no circumstances shall the Controller, its collaborators, or instructors be held liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from trading operations performed by the User
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions due to force majeure or malfunctions of third-party services
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Controller’s total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the Course or Package in question.
8. Suspension and termination
The Controller reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s account, with immediate effect, in the following cases:
- Violation of these Terms, particularly intellectual property provisions
- Sharing access credentials with third parties
- Use of automated tools to access Content
- Behavior that damages the Platform, other users, or Trading Dojo’s reputation
- Attempts to circumvent DRM protection or device fingerprinting measures
In case of termination due to violation, no refund is due. The User may request deletion of their account and personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
9. Communications
Service-related communications (purchase confirmations, security updates, changes to Terms) will be sent to the email address provided by the User during registration.
Promotional communications (newsletter) will only be sent with the User’s explicit consent, which may be revoked at any time via the unsubscribe link in each communication or by contacting official.comunication@tradingdojo.org.
10. Changes to these Terms
The Controller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to the User through publication on the Platform and, in the case of substantial changes, via email notification.
Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If in disagreement, the User may request deletion of their account.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law applicable based on the User’s residence, in compliance with the mandatory consumer protection rules of Regulation (EC) No. 593/2008 (Rome I).
For Users residing in the European Union, consumer protection rules of the country of residence shall apply where more favorable.
For the out-of-court resolution of disputes, EU-resident Users may use the European Commission’s ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the court of the consumer’s place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, pursuant to Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis).
